Movable knives 15 have a power drive ensuring their movement axes along circular arcs with a center located on the axis of shaft 18, which is the output element of said power drive. The knives 14 and 15 are equipped with lever mechanisms to form and select a gap between them and the hooks 10 during the switching process. The lever mechanisms (Fig. 2) serve to form and select a gap between the movable knives 15 and the keys 10. These mechanisms consist of rigidly connected knives 15 single-shouldered levers 19, which are connected to single-armed levers 21 fixedly fixed by knives 20. on coaxially mounted shafts 22 and 23.
